  • Bell peppers2
  • Onion1
  • Soy sauce2 tbsp
  • Chilli sauce1 tbsp
  • Garlic5 cloves
  • Spring onions3

Instructions

    Cut paneer into cubes. Coat with cornflour, salt, and pepper. Deep fry until golden.

    Cut bell peppers and onions into cubes. Slice spring onions, separating whites and greens.

    Heat oil, sauté garlic and spring onion whites. Add peppers and onions, stir-fry for 2 minutes.

    Add soy sauce, chilli sauce, vinegar, and a little cornflour water. Toss in fried paneer.

    Garnish with spring onion greens and serve immediately.
