Instructions

    Boil spaghetti in well-salted water until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.

    In a large pan, heat olive oil on low heat. Add sliced garlic and cook until golden, not brown.

    Add chilli flakes and immediately toss in the drained spaghetti. Add pasta water as needed.
