  • Chicken500g
  • Yogurt1 cup
  • Tomato puree2 cups
  • Butter4 tbsp
  • Fresh cream1/2 cup
  • Garam masala1 tsp
  • Kashmiri red chilli powder1 tsp
  • Ginger-garlic paste2 tbsp

Instructions

    Marinate chicken with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, chilli powder and salt for 2 hours.

    Grill or pan-fry the marinated chicken until lightly charred. Set aside.

    Melt butter in a pan, add tomato puree and cook until oil separates. Add spices.

    Add the cooked chicken to the gravy, stir in cream, and simmer for 10 minutes.

    Garnish with fresh cream and a sprinkle of garam masala. Serve hot with naan.
