Soak chickpeas overnight. Boil with tea bags until tender, then drain.

Sauté onions until golden, add tomatoes and cook until soft. Add chole masala and spices.

For bhature: knead maida with yogurt, salt, and warm water into soft dough. Rest for 30 minutes.
