Instructions

    Soak rice and urad dal separately for 6 hours. Grind to a smooth batter and ferment overnight.

    For filling: boil and mash potatoes. Temper mustard seeds, curry leaves, and green chillies in oil.

    Add onions, turmeric, and mashed potatoes to the tempering. Mix well and cook for 5 minutes.

    Spread a ladle of batter on a hot tawa in a circular motion. Drizzle oil around the edges.

    Place potato filling on one side and fold the dosa. Serve golden and crispy with sambhar and chutney.
