Blend mint, coriander, green chillies, and cumin with water to make green pani. Season with black salt.

Make sweet chutney by boiling tamarind with jaggery, cumin powder, and chaat masala.

Mash boiled potatoes and mix with chopped onions, chaat masala, and a pinch of chilli powder.
